S-a decis deschiderea unei investigații pentru incidentul produs la data de 26.05.2025, ora 07:05, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF Galati, în stația CFR Mărășești, la manevra de atașare a locomotivelor EA 122 și EA 679 la garnitura trenului de călători nr.5302026  aflată la linia 2, incident manifestat prin tamponarea violentă a garniturii de către cele două locomotive (materialul rulant și personalul care a efectuat manevra aparțin operatorului de transport feroviar de călători SNTFC „CFR Călători” SA).

It was decided to open an investigation for the incident that occurred on 26.05.2025, at 07:05, within the radius of activity of the Regional Branch CF Galati, in CFR Mărășești station, at the maneuver of attaching locomotives EA 122 and EA 679 to the passenger train no.5302026 on line 2, incident manifested by the violent collision of the two locomotives with the train (the rolling stock and the personnel who performed the maneuver belong to the passenger rail operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA).
