It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 17.05.2023, around 02:57, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Branch, Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, between CFR Toporu station and Chiriacu stop (non-electrified single line), at km 31+173,5, by collision between locomotive DA 1692, running as freight train no.79562 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC UNITED RAILWAYS SRL) and the isolated locomotive DA 1566, running as freight train No 88342 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Rail Cargo CARRIER - Romania SRL).

It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 03.05.2023, 14:20, within the area of activity of the CF Cluj Regional Branch, Dej Călători - Beclean pe Someș traffic section, in the CFR Dej Călători station, by dispatching in another direction of travel than the intended one, by attacking the platform giving access to that direction of travel, by passenger train no.1831 (belonging to SNTFC ,,CFR Călători" SA).

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 01.05.2023, 20:55 hours, within the range of activity of the Regional Branch CF Brasov, traffic section Deda - Luduș, between Hm Dubrăvioara and station CFR Târgu Mureș Nord, by hitting by the open door of the last car of passenger train no.4511 (belonging to SNTFC ,,CFR Călători" SA) a machine in the gauge of free passage.

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the incident occurred on 24.05.2022, around 08:44, within the activity area of SC TMB ,,METROREX" SA, on the M2 Magistrala, track II, at km 10+200, between Piața Romană and Universitate metro stations, during the circulation of metro train no.15, route 04, by the contact rail (track III) being struck by the broken torsion bar from the coupling bearing on bogie 2 of wagon MP2 of semi-train 2314, the first wagon in the metro train.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding the railway incident occurred on 31.03.2023 and reported on 06.04.2023, within the area of activity of the CF Bucharest Regional Branch, on the Ploiești Sud - Măneciu section (non-electrified single line), between CFR Blejoi and Făget Teleajen stations, by exceeding the maximum speed allowed by the line in the circulation of the passenger train Regio 10257 (belonging to the railway passenger transport operator SC Transferoviar Călători SRL).

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway accident occurred on 11.04.2022, 12:45 pm, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Cluj, Cluj Napoca - Câmpia Turzii section, (double line, electrified), in Hm. Cojocna, in the movement of the passenger train Regio no.3087 (belonging to the railway passenger transport operator SNTFC CFR Călători SA), by derailing over the platform no.7, the first bogie in the direction of travel of the locomotive EA 798.
