17.05.2023

It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 17.05.2023, around 02:57, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Branch, Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, between CFR Toporu station and Chiriacu stop (non-electrified single line), at km 31+173,5, by collision between locomotive DA 1692, running as freight train no.79562 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC UNITED RAILWAYS SRL) and the isolated locomotive DA 1566, running as freight train No 88342 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Rail Cargo CARRIER - Romania SRL).

It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 03.05.2023, 14:20, within the area of activity of the CF Cluj Regional Branch, Dej Călători - Beclean pe Someș traffic section, in the CFR Dej Călători station, by dispatching in another direction of travel than the intended one, by attacking the platform giving access to that direction of travel, by passenger train no.1831 (belonging to SNTFC ,,CFR Călători" SA).

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 01.05.2023, 20:55 hours, within the range of activity of the Regional Branch CF Brasov, traffic section Deda - Luduș, between Hm Dubrăvioara and station CFR Târgu Mureș Nord, by hitting by the open door of the last car of passenger train no.4511 (belonging to SNTFC ,,CFR Călători" SA) a machine in the gauge of free passage.
